If you are a Guest who has messaged a ReserveAgent-powered WhatsApp assistant, or a Hotelier using ReserveAgent, and you would like your data deleted, email douglas@laisladulce.com from the phone number or account in question (or otherwise verify your identity) with the subject line "Data deletion request."
We will delete your conversation history, booking records, and any other personal data associated with your account within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, financial records related to a completed booking).
