Terms of Service

Effective date: August 12, 2026

ReserveAgent ("we", "us") provides a WhatsApp-based booking assistant for hotels, short-term rentals, and other reservation-based businesses ("Hoteliers"). By using our service, a Hotelier agrees to these terms.

The service

We operate a messaging assistant that communicates with a Hotelier's guests ("Guests") over WhatsApp (and, where enabled, other messaging channels) to answer booking questions, check availability and pricing through the Hotelier's connected channel manager, and create reservations on the Hotelier's behalf.

Hotelier responsibilities

• Provide accurate property, room, and pricing information, and keep it current in the connected channel manager.
• Maintain the guest relationship -- ReserveAgent operates the messaging and booking layer, but the reservation contract is between the Hotelier and the Guest.
• Comply with WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy and the terms of any channel manager or payment provider connected to the account.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for booking errors, missed messages, or lost revenue arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the effective date above will change when it does. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
